COMMENTARY AND INTENTION:

I hope the Blitz-64 system will become widely used. In the event that happens and my dreams are realized, the code and documentation will likely be "forked" along different modification paths as time passes. The system of adding names and dates to derivative works serves to track the tree of forks.
